Events to be included in our "What's Happening" section
of our printed editions and in our community calendar need to be submitted
at least two weeks in advance of the event. Submitting an event does not
guarantee publication. Events are subject to editing and space limitations.
Non-profit and charitable events take precedence over general community
events. Events submitted after our print deadlines will only be included
on the calendar.
Recurring events should be periodically resubmitted so that we can keep
our files updated.
Seasonal events should include a start and end date (2nd Tuesday, October
Events submitted for our weekly "Meals & Deals" email blast
should include a color flyer in PDF or JPEG format. Meals & Deals events
should be submitted at least a week in advance, but keep in mind we include
two weeks worth of events in every email. The sooner we get your submission,
the sooner we start including your event in the email blast, the Meals
& Deals website and in the calendar.
